On 16 January 2021, WhatsApp has released a message through twitter that users who do not accept new terms and conditions will not be deleted or suspended on 8 February 2021. WhatsApp said that they will work to better support to their over 175 Mns people who use this messenger as business account every day.  

The messenger company declared that they are making it easier to chat also with Facebook business products.

The company said that people discover their businesses on Facebook or Instagram from ads that show a button you can click to message them using WhatsApp. Just like other ads on Facebook, if you select to click on these ads, it's going to be wont to personalise the ads you see on Facebook.

Shopping experiences: Some businesses with any product on Facebook or Instagram also can have opportunity on their WhatsApp business profile. The new features allow users to ascertain business products on Facebook and Instagram and can also shop it directly from WhatsApp. If users select to interact with Shops, WhatsApp messenger will allow users to know in WhatsApp how their data is being shared with Facebook App.

WhatsApp further added that the company will give enough time to review and understand the terms of use.

The messenger assured that they have never planned to suspend or delete any account.

It is highlighted that WhatsApp has published the FAQs (frequently asked questions)  through their has highlighted that recent privacy policy update in which they have cleared that new policy does not affect private messages sent through WhatsApp messenger terms. In which the company has clarified that recent terms and privacy policy update does not affect private messages. But they changes are corporate messaging, which is optional to the user. But this policy provide assistance to the software to collect data from messaging platform.

WhatsApp has declared in next FAQ “Whats not Changing” that privacy and security of users in personal messages and calls is not being changed. The users’ data is protected by by end-to-end encryption, and Facebook and WhatsApp have not access to read or listen messages sent through WhatsApp. WhatsApp further added that they will never weaken security and will label each chat as end-to-end encryption.

WhatsApp has also added a FAQ in which they have cleared that recent update are related to messaging and part of broader effort to secure communicating business and new updates are easier and better for everyone.
