Ali Gul Mallah, Talented Actor and Comedian of Sindh

 

Ali Gullah Mallah is living of District Jacobabad, (Newly Khandkhot). His mother expired during his childhood later his father arranged next marriage. His step mother did not liked and took care like real mother. He completed his regular qualification till matriculation. Later he acquired Intermediate degree through private admission system.

He is fan of legend Film Star Nadeem since childhood and used to copy his acting in routine activities. He was inspired from Film Star Nadeem style and went to garage to learn car at Sukkur. But, his father opposed his acting activities and instructed to him to avoid from acting. 

He started his career from stage dramas during 1989. Since then,  used to perform on stage during different events. Later he went to Karachi with the support of garage owner to perform on Television. He met with Producer Iqbal Ansari who introduced him on Pakistan Television. Producer Iqbal Anwar gave him chance to perform in Sindhi language drama to perform the minor role of chowkidar (guardsman). He was performing like these minor roles and was requesting many producers of Pakistan Television. He says in an interview that he had requested a producer of Television for giving minor role. But instead of giving role, the producer used rubbish language and refused for any role.

He says that he was so poor that during his marriage ceremony he had not even Rs 1000/- for paying to Nikah Khuwan. Since, his friends had paid the amount to Nikah Khuwan. He went to Karachi for performing on Television and used to live in a rented house. He was  paying Rs 1500/- per month as rent of that house. He struggled very much and managed own home after getting loans.

He achieved fame after launching of private TV channels especially he achieved after launching of Sindhi Channel KTN. He has performed in many roles on KTN and other TV Channels including Urdu media. He has also performed in Sindhi and Urdu films.

He has played comedy plays and shows which have been liked by his fans very much. Currently, his show with talented director and actor Sohrab Soomro is being aired on Sindhi TV Channel Dharti TV. In this show, Allah Gul Mallah performs different parody and funny roles which is being liked very much by his fans.

He likes Shaheed Benazir Bhutto and he has very good feelings for her. He said in interview that he was shocked very much on assassination of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto. He said that he was weeping for many days after death of Benazir Bhutto.

He is married with his maternal cousin. He has two daughters and one son who are at learning stage and studying in a school.

He has received many rewards including Pakistan Excellence Award.
