If Tuba Anwar gets remarried it will be considered as sin and adultery, Aamir Liaquat
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Assembly
member, scholar and TV host Amir Liaquat has once again said that he has not
divorced his ex-wife second wife Tuba Anwar as per Islamic laws. Therefore, she
cannot remarry.
Aamir Liaquat has claimed during an
interview with FHM Magazine that neither he has divorced Tuba Anwar nor went to
court for signing the divorce papers.
As per to the scholar and TV host, his
ex-wife Tuba Anwar unilaterally obtained divorce from courts according to Constitution
of Pakistan, but it is not as per Islamic rules.
Aamir Liaqat said that consent of the
husband is also required for divorce as per Islamic rules; therefore Tuba Anwar
did not undergo according to Islamic customs.
He clarified in answer of a question that
in case, Tuba Anwar gets remarried, it will be considered as 'illegal' as well
as her remarriage will be 'sin and adultery'.
During the program, his third wife Syeda
Dania Shah said that she will not mind if Tuba Anwar may return to Aamir
Liaquat’s home but she will live happily live with her.
As per Syeda Dania Shah, she will treat
Tuba Anwar as her elder sister.
Host Aamir Liaquat also said during the
interview that if Tuba Anwar is desirous to live with him then she can come
back but she will not go anywhere.
Aamir Liaquat also said during the interview
that he will introduce her third wife Syeda Dania in showbiz industry and she will appear with him
during Ramzan Programs.
Aamir Liaquat also said during the
interview that though he is member of PTI Assembly, but his leader is Altaf
Hussain.
He also said that Muttahida Qaumi
Movement (MQM) is not coming but it has come back.
It is highlighted that Aamir Liaquat had earlier
claimed during a show that that neither he has divorced his first both wives
nor had ever he gone to court for khula.
He had said that his first two wives
Syeda Bushra Iqbal and Tuba Anwar have gotten divorce through courts but he did
not sign the khula papers.
Tuba Anwar had confirmed through social on
9 February 2022 regarding her divorce from Aamir Liaquat, while she had secretly
with married the scholar during July 2018.
After announcement by Tuba Anwar, Aamir
Liaquat had announced her third marriage with Dania Shah on 10 February 2022.
Earlier, Syeda Bushra Iqbal first wife of
Aamir Liaquat had confirmed divorce during December 2020.
