The month of Holy Ramadan is starting in the
next few days but the question is when will the first fast be in Pakistan?
Ramadan will begin with the sighting of
the crescent and the meeting of the sighting committee in Pakistan will take
place on 2 April 2022 (29 Sha'ban).
And in case of sighting of the moon, the
first fast will be on 3 or 4 April 2022, however, the Meteorological Department
has issued statement for it.
According to the Meteorological Department statement, the new moon of Ramadan will be emerged on 1 April 2022.
The statement further said that the moon
of Ramadan is likely to appear on 2 April 2022, i.e. 29 Sha'ban.
This means that Ramadan is likely to
begin on 3 April 2022.
According to the Meteorological
Department, weather will be clear / partly cloudy in different parts of the
country on 2 April 2022.
It is pertinent to mention that looking
at the moon depends on many factors such as environmental conditions, acceptance
of information and others.
This year's Ramadan is likely to be very
different from the previous two years, because most of the restrictions imposed
due to the corona virus epidemic will not be implemented.
Ramadan is expected to emerge in Saudi Arabia and other Middle Eastern countries on 2 April 2022.
