Pakistani mountaineers reached tenth highest peak

 

Pakistani mountaineers Sir Baz Khan and Joshi climbed Annapurna, the tenth highest peak in the world.

A statement issued by the Alpine Club of Pakistan said the two climbers were the first Pakistanis to reach Annapurna.

The President of the Executive Board of the Alpine Club of Pakistan said on the occasion that both congratulated the climbers on their tremendous success.

Secretary Alpine Club Pakistan Karar Haideri also congratulated the Pakistani mountaineers.

He said that Nepal's 8,091 meters Annapurna Peak is a great achievement.
