18 Months Baby was sitting for 2 days near to mother's body

 

18 months old baby sat next to his mother's dead body for two days without eating or drinking due to fear of corona in India.

According to Indian Media this incident occurred in Indian city of Pune, where no one was willing to help the affected family due to fear of Corona. The landlord informed the police on phone and police officers reached the house where they found the son sitting near the mother's dead body.

According to Indian media, the citizens were not even ready to pick up the child due to fear of COVID 19 infection. However, two female police officers provided food for the child.

The female police officer said that the baby was very hungry, he drank milk immediately and also had a slight fever. Later, corona test of the child was later conducted which turned out to be negative.

According to police officials, the deceased lady's husband has gone to Uttar Pradesh for work.

According to Indian media, the cause of death will be revealed after the postmortem of the child's mother.
